About Me – Hayley Ryder
I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, teaching exercise classes all around Cheshire and the Wirral. My classes have been a huge success giving people great results and ensuring the exercise is fun. I have a great following of lovely ladies and gents that make each class thoroughly enjoyable. I have heard some great success stories, ladies and gents losing inches, toning up and feeling fabulous. I thrive to provide a lively and fun atmosphere leaving you feeling like you have done a proper workout, none of this walking away and feels “slightly warm”. After many years of teaching Netball for both adults and children, Aerobics, Zumba and Bokwa, I decided my passion for fitness had to go further. I find it so rewarding helping people and watching people get fitter, slimmer or gaining muscle size with my help, so I felt my next stage for progression was to qualify as a Personal Trainer…and what a great decision this has been! My guinea pig (ie. the person I trained for 4 weeks for my assessment) lost 9 inches in total in 4 weeks and 10lbs. What a fabulous feeling that was when I got emails saying how great she was feeling and that was down to me and her determination. From this, I passed with merit for my assessments and have been thriving in this business ever since. From my testimonials, you can see the results so I won’t sit here and tell you how great I am!
However what I will say is if you are wanting to change your life, get back the ‘old you’ or simply get fitter/to lose weight and feel better then come and speak to me! My sessions aren’t easy but nothing that works should be, results take commitment, determination and a person with the know-how (that’s me!) to get you there.
I consider myself to be very down to earth, friendly (a people person) but when it comes down to a session I give you my 110% and that’s what I expect back. I will challenge you, push you to the limits but afterwards you will thank me, I promise!
