the class is 30 mins of challenging exercises that can adapted to suit anyone’s fitness ability.
The exercises can help obtain a flatter more toned stomach giving a trimmer waist! Usually ran leading up to summer, don’t expect to be able to do every single exercise for the allotted time, this class takes practise, determination and consistency. Bring a mat and a small towel sometimes your neck will pull I will check technique and ensure you are doing this correctly, if your stomach muscles are weak using a towel will help support your neck.
