So let’s say you have been Zumba’in Monday, Bokwa’in Tuesday, and Wednesday you’re wanting some more, but something to sculpt those bingo wings, perk up those glutes, tone those thighs and shape up your waist and hips. This session can burn up to 1000 calories, I combine Zumba steps with toning elements so even with the low hand held toning sticks you can start to feel the burn. You won’t come out looking like a body builder but after committing to my sessions you will start to build up muscle which will in turn burn fat! This is good if you like lower impact work, or enjoy Zumba without the fancy steps. Bring with you some water obviously, some low hand held weights/toning sticks, or simply two bottles of water, or do it without.
