How online training works

You will be given a medical check to complete and a brief video intro to how it all works.

Once you are given your start date and paid you’ll be expected to send over measurements, weight/pics (optional) ready to keep in your progress file.

The programme works in 6 phases of 6 weeks, with each phase getting harder as you progress.

Each week you’ll be sent video links within your mini group (I’ll explain more about this when you start up) and you’ll also be set challenges each month to complete.

You will also be asked to check in daily with what you have completed and stay accountable to the group and myself.

Who is online fitness training suitable for ?

Online training is suitable for everyone, all ages all abilities, it is great working out from home because you can your modify work outs to your level and I’ll show you different ways to increase and decrease the intensity.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!

Does it work?

Yes! When done correctly with a healthy eating plan the results are amazing , check out my before and after pics, this many members can’t be wrong!

How long do I have to sign up for?

Ideally I want this to become second nature – your daily routine! As these are the people who get the best results, its useful to think of it as a daily part of your self care rather than a gym membership! So I don’t like this question, but in short 6 weeks is the minimum really. I would expect people to complete all the phases ideally !

Can you do this when pregnant?

I wouldn’t take on any new clients if they were pregnant as they haven’t done this before. If you get pregnant while on the programme this is fine for you to carry on (providing health care people say to do so) just speak to me so we can avoid a few things.

What do I need to do ?

Few things… Have some determination, motivation and some drive to succeed. I can help you but you have to want to help yourself too. Be able to make time 30-40 most days to exercise and sing my praises when you feel amazing !

Do I need a diet plan too ?

You don’t NEED diet plan but I do offer these alongside, other than this some members calorie count, offer other slimming programmes or just watch what they consume, its what ever your goal is really

Can I mix these with face to face classes?

Yes absolutely, most of the group do several classes a week with online they find a mix keeps them motivated.
