“I have been going to Zumba since Hayley started her classes 2 ½ years ago and to Bokwa which started this year 2013. I thoroughly enjoy the different workout Zumba has i.e. dance and toning, and Bokwa which is new is brilliant for all-round fitness plus the music for all of these are fabulous which helps as you can’t help but sing along to.
My stamina has improved greatly and I have a leaner figure now. Each session is a pleasure to do plus you meet new people to talk to young and old. It’s a lot of fun.

“I started going to Hayley’s personal training sessions 4 months after having my second child, my aim was to get fit and lose weight which Hayley has really helped me do!
I really enjoyed Hayley’s PT sessions as each session was different, this kept me interested and every couple of weeks she weighed us, did our measurements which helped to keep you on track!
